Terms and Condition(s), BEMC International:

Membership.

This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance in the Declaration section of the web sign up process.

You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable for the Type of Membership chosen.

The Joining Fee (if one is payable) and first month's membership fees are collected on the day of registration. If you have chosen to pay by Direct Debit, it will be collected from you by us in approximately 5 days from your membership application date and is not refundable under any circumstances.

BEMC International shall send payment reminder either via phone call or text message or 5 days prior to the payment collection date.

Installment must be paid with in the 1st week of every month.

Clinical appointment must be paid before the appointment.

Late payment will incur 15% penalty charges.

Three late payments in any twelve (12) month period shall result in Members being removed from the membership list. They will not be allowed to access the clinic facilities or make appointments.

Members must inform the clinic 24 hours in advance, if they wish to cancel their appointment. Failure to do so will result in 100% payment charges for the appointment

In certain circumstances, you may choose to delay the start date of your membership by up to 3 months. If you wish to discuss your membership please contact your member relationship officer on 021 - 35244252 or at mro@bemcinternational.com

The registration fees and the package charges are neither refundable nor transferable

Members shall have the complete access to the clinic during clinic timings and to the web portal to access their current status of health.

The member shall not be allowed to damage any property or equipment of the clinic. The web portal activity is monitored at all times. Any activity to sabotage or compromise the web-portal or clinical premises shall be considered criminal activity and will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

BEMC International operates on a strict non-political and non-religious basis. Staff have clear instructions and will not participate, acknowledge or respond to conversations related to politics and religion. Members are advised to abide by the non-political & non-religious conversation

PROMOTION TERMS.

BEMC INTERNATIONAL reserve the right to end any promotion without warning at any time.

Any special discount offered by BEMC INTERNATIONAL must be claimed within 5 Days of announcement of the winners. BEMC INTERNATIONAL will have 30 days to issue any prize.

BEMC INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to cancel any prize in the form of a voucher or pre-purchased credit or any other promotional offer.

FACILITIES AND SERVICES.

Your PIN number can only be used by you: Your PIN number is issued solely for your use, as your membership is personal to you and only covers your use of the gym. You are responsible for keeping your PIN number secure and confidential at all times.

Use of PIN numbers is monitored: In the interests of the safety and security of all our members, use of PIN numbers is monitored and individuals using PIN numbers may be asked to provide proof of identification

You acknowledge that to provide the highest standards of facilities, each Club may need to close certain or all facilities temporarily for decorating, cleaning, essential repairs or maintenance of equipment and special events, that this may disrupt the provision of services to you and agree that such disruption shall not amount to a breach of this agreement by us.

Opening hours are subject to change and we will normally provide 1 month’s written notice where reasonably practicable.

Clinic Usage.

You must familiarize yourself with the Clinic rules before you use each club. The club rules are displayed in the reception of each Clinic and on the website. We may cancel or suspend your membership without notice if you break these rules.

You must wear appropriate clothing and shoes in the Clubs. Seek advice from the staff on the details of appropriate clothing.

A sweat towel must be carried at all times, and equipment must be wiped down after use. Our no sweat towel, no workout rule is enforced.

Weights must not be dropped, and must be replaced after use. Failure to comply will result in the suspension or cancellation of membership.

No bags are allowed on the gym floor at any time.

You must not abuse the equipment or facilities of a premises (you will be liable to pay for any negligent or deliberate damage to property).

You must not behave in a violent, rude or threatening way or in a manner which distresses or causes discomfort to other members of the gym/clinic or gym/clinic staff.

The use of cameras or phones whilst on the equipment or in the training zone is not permitted.

Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes is not allowed in any part of a Clinic. Possession of alcohol, narcotics or other mood-altering substances is not permitted, neither is the use of a clinic while under the influence of any of these substances.

We may refuse admission to or ask you to leave the premises if we reasonably believe that you have broken any section of this paragraph. No refund will be given if you are asked to leave a Club in such circumstances.

You are responsible for ensuring that you correctly operate or use any facilities and/or equipment (including adjusting levels or settings) which we provide. If you are in any doubt about how to correctly operate any equipment, you must consult one of our representatives before use.

Data Collection

In the course of your membership, BEMC International may collect certain personal information about you including personal details, financial details and information about your health. We will use this information for purposes including managing your membership and communicating with you. You will always be given the opportunity to opt out of such communications. You have the duty to keep your personal information up to date and to inform us of any significant changes.

We will limit access to the processing of and use of your personal information to our employees and management who may, from time to time, require its use for marketing or other services. In addition, from time to time, we may need to make your personal information available to third parties such as legal authorities, our group companies and professional advisors.

Please contact the manager of your Home Club if you have any questions or concerns about how BEMC International will use and store your personal information or if you wish to exercise your right to access, modify, object to the use of or request the deletion of your personal information.

We reserve the right to take photographs of our facilities (which may include you, provided your inclusion is incidental) for press and promotional purposes.

As a member of BEMC International, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the provisions of this and that you agree that BEMC International may collect, use, process and disclose your personal information as described.
